PAYMENT POLICY
We happily accept payment through our store including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Please note that orders will not be placed in our fabrication schedule until your order has been completed and paid for. Payment must be paid in full to place your order. Unfortunately we do not offer a deposit or down payment schedule.

Sales tax is only charged to South Carolina residents.

Order cancellations can be made within THREE DAYS of the date you placed your order. Unfortunately no cancellations can be made after this time frame due to the fluctuating nature of our schedule and the possibility of having already begun creating your order. This is firm.

Please note that we will ship your order to the address listed in your order details and cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate shipping address. Even if we've shipped to a different address for a prior order, we can only go by the information provided with your current order. If a change is needed to be made to a shipping address for a DRAPERY order, this must be made within five days of your order. Please note that no change of shipping address can be made to any PILLOW order given the quick ship nature of these products.

SHIPPING POLICY
Drapery orders ship Fedex Ground and follow our current lead time if 4-5 weeks. Rush orders will ship within 2-3 weeks. Please note that our lead times refer to the timeframe that your order will SHIP.

Pillow orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Please refer to the item listing for current availability and lead time.

We'll notify you of your order shipping as soon as we have your tracking number available and will update it through Etsy. You should receive a notification via Etsy.

Our draperies come packaged in a sturdy box with durable tape and sealed in plastic to ensure safety during the shipping process. We offer insurance up to $400 (based on product value). If you would prefer for your order to be fully insured, please let us know as a signature will be required for you to receive your package. Please note that additional shipping cost may also apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship internationally! For orders outside of the U.S. or Canada, please message us for shipping rates. Please also include order details (size and quantity).

SHIPPING RATES:
Please note that our shipping rates are estimated as accurate as possible given the shipping system via etsy. If you would like a custom shipping quote for your order, please let us know. We'd be happy to quote this out for you.
CUSTOMS FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Any customs fees or taxes is to be covered by the customer and not to be at the expense of Martha & Ash. Please note that we do not receive any of this information when shipping international orders.

**Seller will not be responsible for damages or lost items during the delivery process.**

REFUND POLICY
All products are created in our shop free of smoke or odors and made meeting high-end industry standards.

Variations in items:
When making multiple pillows of one item, we use the same pattern placement of the print. Therefore, we use the same picture for both items. If the pillows are different in pattern placement, it will be noted in the item listing and/or we will have individual pictures of each.
Returns:
If you have any concerns, please contact us within THREE DAYS of receipt of product. We will handle them on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS. Your happiness in our products is important to us! But please note that if there is a problem with the product that is beyond our control, (how you care for the product once it is in your hands, natural color variation of the textiles including interwoven threads) we do not offer returns.

Caring for your items:
Please refer to the care instructions included with your order. Please note that Martha & Ash cannot be held responsible in any capacity for the way that you care for your items once received. This includes possible shrinking and stretching of your items due to over steaming and ironing as well as conditions of your home that are beyond our control (vents below drapery panels, etc.).

Color Samples:
We offer fabric samples for all of our items and strongly suggest that you request them before purchase of our items. Please note that our general samples are not necessarily from our current stock. If a color is needing to be match very closely, it is important that you request a sample of our CURRENT DYE LOT to confirm that our current stock will work for your space. We FIRMLY do not accept returns based on expectation of color.

Please:
Read your reserved listing and make sure all details are listed and correct. Reserved listings will include any custom information such as color choices but will not include standard details of the item. If the item is missing any key custom details, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING IT TO OUR ATTENTION BEFORE PURCHASE. For instance: If you requested a rod pocket header and this is not mentioned in the item listing purchased or in the Note to Seller box, it will come with a standard knife pleat header. Please note that this situation is not at the fault of Martha & Ash and mention of specific details for your order discussed in messages does not constitute as confirmed details in your final order if those details are not mentioned in your purchased listing.
Sale and Custom Orders:
We do not accent returns/exchanges on items bought on Sale or during a Promotion. We also do not accent returns/exchanges on CUSTOM ORDERS.

Custom Orders:
A custom order consists of any drapery order as each is fabricated when purchased and is to each customer's needs. A custom order also consists of any pillow or dog bed order that is any different from our standard items. This includes: size, color, fabric, fabrication technique requested, etc.

Colors:
Please note that colors may vary differently on your computer screen from the actual fabric color. We provide the most accurate picture and description and are not responsible if the color wasn't what you expected. We will be glad to send a color swatch via mail by request. Please refer to the "Color Swatch" section above for more information.
Natural Imperfections in fabrics:
Please note that when using linen fabrics, natural imperfections may occur including:
- raised "slubs"
- interwoven threads varying from the color of the fabric
- Variations in the color of the linen.
These are natural occurrences in our linen and are to be embraced, not shunned! :) Martha & Ash will make the determination of what is an acceptable imperfection during fabrication. Please note that these imperfections are not considered an acceptable reason for a return of item.

Possibility of Sun Bleaching in fabrics:
Please note that Martha & Ash cannot be held accountable for the effects of the sun on the fabrics used in our products. Ultimately, the toll of the sun on fabrics is an inevitable process that cannot be avoided regardless of the fabric. We always recommend using blackout lining to prevent fading of fabric from the harsh sun that comes through windows but the backside of the drapery hems do have the potential of becoming faded. Also, if you choose to use cotton lining, the front of the drapery will ultimately be exposed to the sun resulting from the allowance of light to shine trough the panel. Please note that this is not due to any lack of quality in our fabrics. Please get in touch with any questions about this!
Suggestions:
Please note that while we are happy to make suggestions at your request, Martha & Ash is not to be held responsible for what you ultimately choose to purchase.

FABRICATION TECHNIQUES
We fabrication our pillow covers to not have that "dog-earred" effect where the corners go up into extreme points. This may make your pillow cover appear not square when flat, but when stuffed it looks perfect! All of the images of our pillows are made with these tilted corners. If you prefer your pillow to be completely square and would like the extremely pointed look, we must know this before we make your pillow. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES BASED ON THIS.
TRIM APPLICATION:
We apply our tape trims using a strong trim adhesive as is industry standard (make that a high standard ;) ). We DO NOT top stitch our trims down on our drapery panels for many reasons. If you'd prefer your trim to be stitched, we offer a hand stitching service at an additional cost. Please inquire if interested. We do not accept drapery panels back to modify trim application if not noted before purchase. Thanks for understanding.
