Draperies: Fedex Ground. 
Draperies come wrapped in paper and plastic, and packed in a sturdy box for the safety of your order along it's shipping journey. 

Pillows: USPS Priority. 
Pillows come in a weather proof priority envelope.

Hardware: Fedex or UPS

Tracking information is emailed to you when your order is boxed and ready to ship out. This will come via an email notification to the email address provided during checkout.

We ship internationally! For orders outside of the U.S. or Canada, please message us for shipping rates. Please also include order details (size and quantity).

Please note: Any customs fees or taxes are to be covered by the customer. See our Policy page for details. 

We now have two locations (so exciting!), so make sure to shoot us a message to confirm which location will be fabricating your order before you head to the post office!

Given that all items are custom made to order and are specific to your needs, we do not offer returns.

But your happiness is important to us! We strongly suggest ordering swatches to confirm colors before purchasing your draperies.

All of our products are created in our 100% smoke and odor free shop. They are made with the high-end industry standards.

Variations in items: Please open and check your package within THREE DAYS of delivery. After that, we can’t be responsible for any issues. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately.

In some cases, fabric can be affected by climate, including a change in the temperature or moisture. This can cause a drapery panel to lengthen or shorten. Since we have no control over this, we cannot offer returns on products that are not exactly the length listed. This is just the nature of fabrics and soft goods.

We do offer panel alterations of up to 1". Shipping costs are required to be covered by the customer.
